Competitive Compensation: Total Travel Package: $2,820.00 weekly Taxable Wages: $1,500.00 weekly Lodging Allowance: $860.00 weekly Meal Allowance: $480.00 weeklyLocal Pay Rate: $67/hr
What You’ll Do:
Conduct Assessments: Perform functional behavior and educational assessments to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors and target pivotal behaviors. Collaborate and Train: Build strong relationships with school staff, providing training and ongoing support to ensure effective implementation of applied behavior analysis techniques. Develop and Implement Plans: Create and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to the unique needs and abilities of each student. Monitor Progress: Collect, analyze, and report data to ensure program validity and efficacy, presenting progress at IEP meetings. Support and Coach: Address concerns, provide coaching, and take disciplinary action when necessary to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.What We’re Looking For:
Certification: Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Education: Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology, or a related field. Experience: Preferred experience in providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools, with a minimum of one year of pediatric experience. Professional Standards: Adherence to all relevant professional standards of practice.
