This role involves assessing client needs, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with families and support staff to achieve positive outcomes. Responsibilities: + Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. + Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions. + Provide training and support to families and case workers. + Maintain detailed records of client treatment and progress. + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients. + Stay updated with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis and contribute to program development. Requirements Qualifications: + Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. + Current BCBA certification and relevant state licensure. + Minimum of two years’ experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents. + Strong assessment skills and ability to develop individualized treatment plans. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Available to travel within Imperial Valley.
