Board Certified Chaplain (Catholic Priest)

Responsibilities:

The Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) is a full clinical member of the health care team and is considered the lead expert in Spiritual Care issues. The BCC provides services for the pastoral/spiritual needs of patients, families, and staff members. The BCC is knowledgeable in theology, spirituality, and pastoral care. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Board certification - will consider candidates who are eligibleRequired Certification is NAJC (National Association of Jewish Chaplains) or APC (Association of Professional Chaplains) or NACC (National Association of Catholic Chaplains). Required Education is a Master's Degree from and Accredited University in Theology Related. 4 units, 1600 hours of Clinical Pastoral Education. Required - Ecclesiastical endorsement
