Salary:
$3,742.67 - $6,666.66 per month commensurate with experience.
Job Description Summary:
Performs administrative duties including, supervision of student workers, assisting with Board of Regents special events and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:- Interview, recommend for hire, train, supervise and schedule student workers. Student worker Workday manager.- As needed, ensure student coverage at front desk.- Coordinate catering needs for BOR Annex guests and Board meetings.- Responsible for mail being received, logged and distributed.- Assist with scheduling campus tours for visitors and special guests as requested.- Assist in management of athletic events to include ticket orders/distribution, hotel blocks, nametags, guest lists, guest bios and parking.- Assist with Board of Regents special events to include catering planning, invite distribution, RSVP tracking, registration desk operations and onsite supplies.- Coordinate photographic services which includes print items.- Assist in logging receipts & invoices to be processed and preliminary review of expense reports.- Prepare and proofread correspondence and other documentation for the Board Office.- Assist with scanning of meeting materials.- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:-Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.-Six years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.- Excellent written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Ability to work in a high stress environment.- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.- Ability to work independently once given a project.- Ability to work beyond normal office hours and/or work on weekends.
- Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
