Job Description

This position is responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to hotel guests and visitors in ensuring that speedboats and all transportation machineries are maintained and used without damage at all times. Boat Crew must assist the Boat Captain and Front Office team in delivering efficient and best quality service to all guests, vendors, connectors, patrons, et al.

Help the captain with navigation, docking, and anchoring.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and marine regulations.Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking.Ensure all passengers are briefed on safety procedures.Provide assistance with life vests and emergency drills.Provide friendly and helpful service to passengers.Answer questions and provide information about the trip, and safety regulations.Offer assistance in case of seasickness or discomfort.Secure items properly to ensure they are safe during the trip.
Qualifications
Secondary Education/ GC O’ Level Strong knowledge of safety protocols and first aid.Good physical fitness and stamina for working in marine environments.Teamwork and communication skills.Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing conditions.Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity Certification in basic marine safety and first aid
