A successful crew member will be will and able to execute various takes within the sales department that expedites the sales process. They must be task oriented, responsible, and capable of completing any task requested with little-to-no supervision. Ability to back up and maneuver trailers using various types of equipment (e.g., truck, tractor, gator) is a must. Each sales crew member is a representation of our attitudes towards the customer and the right person for this job will always be professional and courteous to the customers they meet. Join us and be part of a team that prides itself on responsibility, excellence, and top-notch customer service. **At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.** Essential Functions: + Clean and ensure all boats are in immaculate, show room ready condition. + Perform daily opening and closing job duties. + Treat all customers with first class customer service. + Assist and support special events on-site and off-site that may take place outside of normal business hours. + Assist in rotating showroom inventory. + Work with sales personnel on check-ins, rigs, deliveries, and other sales related needs. + Anything else needed or asked upon. **Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.** Required Qualifications: + On-road towing experience + Boat trailering and hauling experience. + Customer service-oriented attitude + Valid driver's license and MVR record meeting company standards Preferred Qualifications: + Experience working in a dealership or with boats is highly desirable. + Knowledge of boating operations, docking, trailering boats, and fueling procedures. + Experience operating a tractor or other related equipment The anticipated pay rate for this position is $14/hr.
