Responsible for thermal management system components engineering and releasing,
Good at both Chinses and English communication; Strong ownership and demand for result; Work overtime and business trip for CWT test and road test; Team player; Mechanical or Electric bachelor or master degree; 3 year or above engineering work experience on thermal management related work; Responsible for thermal management system components engineering and releasing, such as e-compressor, OHX, AC line, EBA, chiller, PTC, valves, sensors and so on; Work with cross team to integrate TMS hardware into sub-system to achieve overall vehicle function and attribute target; Support JV work, review and sign off milestone documents as LEVA; manage supplier follow Ford process and requirement, deliver milestones on timing with quality; Responsible for commodity benchmark, cost and performance analysis; Responsible for Refrigerant Sub-system integration, bench test; Responsible for on-production quality and cost work (OPD / TVM / VFG); Lead TMS industry frontier components and features exploring and development;
