Develop and manage IP/Console component/system + Develop to meet Cost objectives, including developing program cost target management and TVM activities co-work with JV. + Develop to meet Quality objectives, including validate robustness and durability of IP/Console design, VFG issues resolution. + Design of IP/Console assemblies, taking into account the applicable engineering specifications. + Enable effective communications with Studio, Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing, JV and Supplier activities to deliver Cost/Quality objectives. + Coordinate/Lead cross-function team meeting to solve IP/Console related design/engineering issue. + Develop and manage DFMEA with quality & SME & suppliers. + Develop and manage IP/Console component/system DVP&R with SME & suppliers. + Participate prototype build and testing, review results and prepare report. + Participate component/system level design verification and production validation. + Interface with Ford NA, Australia, Europe and China teams for product launch. + Perform package and feasibility studies at both component and system levels. + Participate in root cause analysis and problem resolution as issues occur. + Support all APQP activities including PPAP. + Support presentations of concepts and status to senior management and internally to Company personnel + Good engineering analytical skills, + Working Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Knowledge in CAD, CAE. + Good skills in project management. + Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English. + Team player, dependable and honest. + Flexible working hours to accommodate meetings with North America, Australia and Europe. **Requisition ID** : 22532
