Overview:

The Body Shop Technician is responsible for diagnosing, inspecting, and repairing recreational vehicles (RVs) and travel trailers. This position involves maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, body, and structural systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and experienced in RV or auto body repair, carpentry, or similar trades.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnostics & Repair

Examine, troubleshoot, and diagnose units needing repair or maintenance. Perform pre-delivery inspections and complete repair orders accurately. Repair and maintain propane gas and electric appliances. Conduct fiberglass, body, and structural repairs. Install, repair, and maintain roofs, siding, windows, doors, vents, awnings, and flooring. Work on cabinets, counters, plumbing, electrical, and propane systems. Repair batteries and charging systems. Use manuals, catalogs, and online tools to guide repairs.

Installation & Fabrication

Perform hitch installations and repairs. Complete fiberglass repairs and roofing installations. Ensure all repair work is 100% complete and up to standard.

Team Support & Other Duties

Collaborate with team members and follow work assignments. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
