What you’ll be doing:

Ensure customer satisfaction in the repair of motor vehicles of all types.Carry out repair work in a safe and economical manner.Employ such knowledge and skills as may be required to restore vehicles to an acceptable standard.Observe, recognise, and report on any vehicle body damage.Interpret and implement technical instruction data.Indent for replacement parts and record usage.Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition in accordance with approved Repair Methodology and manufacturers standards.Ensure that vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to customers, or that faults have been reported and noted on job card.Keep work area clean and tidy and free from hazards.Liaise with line manager to discuss repair process and completion dates.Report all faults, defects noticed whilst working on vehicles.Accurately report all components, materials and consumables used.Ensure that all work carried out meets acceptable safety and quality standards.All company repair/paint times to be achieved.

Skills & attributes we look for:

ATA/ NVQ level 2/3First-class attitude with an exceptional work ethic.Collaborative worker who can work as part of a team.Strong communicator with good decision making and problem-solving skills.H&S and compliance knowledge or awareness.Good time management and organisational skills.Relevant industry experience (preferred).
