Collectively, we are committed to a simple management approach, which influences our company culture and our management style. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Process materials on production equipment + Report daily production totals + Detect and report defective materials + Check parts in process as directed by work instructions + Fill out part identification tags + Move parts using pallet jacks, hoists, or forklifts + Maintain cleanliness of the work area + Identify and document downtime + Identify and document scrap + Assist other operators as needed during change overs + Operate boltforgingmachine. + Inspect products to ensure quality by using precision measuring instruments, gages, and visual inspection. **QUALIFICATIONS** + To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. + Ability to read and understand technical instructions + Good eye hand coordination + Basic math skills + Experience with handheld measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers + Ability to be trained to set up coils and set dies + Positive attitude/team player + Must have experience in die changeover and set up of stamping presses. + Operate boltforgingmachine.
