Bloomberg Television is looking for a highly motivated political booking producer to join our politics team in-person at our Washington bureau.
You will be responsible for booking newsmakers and top guests on market-moving stories, taking the initiative on covering breaking news, finding the appropriate voices under deadline pressure, and supporting the senior producer, line producer and anchors. You should have a broad interest in politics and government with a specialized focus on markets, finance and the economy. You should be able to join our team with an pre-established list of contacts and relationships with key players and decision makers in government and politics. You embrace challenges, can make split-second decisions, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are an effective communicator across a global newsroom.

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
