Our client, a reputable company in the property management industry, is searching for a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to join their team. Key Responsibilities: + Perform general bookkeeping functions, including data entry, maintaining general ledger accounts, and reconciling financial transactions. + Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and tenant payments while maintaining strong records of all payables and receivables. + Monitor accounts and reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate cash flow reporting. + Track, allocate, and report income and expenses specific to individual properties under management. + Prepare periodic financial reports for property owners, tenants, and management teams. + Maintain compliance with property management regulations and internal controls. + Assist with special projects, audits, or financial analysis as necessary. Requirements + Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. + Minimum of 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience; property management industry experience is a strong plus. + Proficiency in accounting software (Yardi, QuickBooks, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Excel. + Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team. + Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation is a plus but not required.
