What You’ll Do:
As a Bookkeeper at Festival Foods, your responsibilities will include:
Ensure Department Standards: Maintain bookkeeping standards while ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed. Collaborate with Teams: Work cooperatively with the Store Director, department managers, and bookkeeping associates to meet and exceed guest expectations. Provide Excellent Guest Service: Assist guests on the sales floor or by telephone, addressing concerns, answering questions, and resolving any issues. Lead by Example: Support your team by assisting associates with their daily tasks, contributing to the department’s overall cleanliness and organization. Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences. Support the Team: Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed as a Festival Foods Bookkeeper, you should have:
Education: High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience. Guest-Focused Approach: Ability to interact effectively and tactfully with guests and staff. Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to support your team, even in challenging situations. Attention to Detail: Good written and oral communication skills and a strong focus on maintaining accuracy in tasks.

Work Schedule:
The Bookkeeper position can be either part-time or full-time, with flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: Hourly associates are paid weekly, providing more frequent access to their funds. Part-time store associates are paid a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Hourly full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
