Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper proficient in QuickBooks for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, along with payroll duties. This role involves using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, as well as Adobe. Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities are essential.

The position is based in a small office with 4 to 5 people present each day. The first couple of weeks of the month can be slower, with work hours potentially reduced to 32-35 hours per week, allowing for flexibility to attend appointments or run errands.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00
