Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Bellevue, Washington. As a Bookkeeper, you will be playing a critical role in maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Your job function will involve managing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, as well as handling payroll information. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and payable • Process data entry and keep records updated • Ensure all payments are processed through ACH • Reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis • Work with an overseas team member who will assist with processing • Oversee the preparation of B& O taxes • Use software tools like QuickBooks (Desktop) and Gusto for payroll to streamline processes • Execute month-end close procedures • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks • Handle payroll related tasks efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is a must • Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required • Skilled in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) • Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is necessary • Demonstrated expertise in Bookkeeping • Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel • Experience in executing Month End Close procedures • Competent in managing Payroll activities • Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly desirable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
