Description We are looking for a meticulous Bookkeeper to support our team in BEACHWOOD, Ohio, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with managing financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial data. This role also involves carrying out account reconciliations and overseeing various transactions. This is a fulltime direct hire position with standard business hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain financial records with a high level of accuracy • Oversee accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate payments • Manage accounts receivable to ensure all income is accounted for and promptly collected • Conduct account reconciliations regularly to ensure financial data accuracy • Oversee and complete a range of financial transactions as required • Utilize your skills in account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required, with the ability to accurately balance financial accounts • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential, including managing outgoing bills and payments • Must have expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR), including managing incoming payments and tracking owed amounts • Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is necessary, ensuring accuracy in financial records by comparing them with bank statements • Strong Bookkeeping skills are crucial, including maintaining financial records, processing payments, and generating financial reports.
