Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated Bookkeeper to be a part of our team within the Telecom Services industry based in Rancho Cucamonga, California. As a Bookkeeper, you will be tasked with ensuring the company's financial transactions are accurately recorded and analyzed. This role includes handling general accounting, managing accounts payable and receivable, and monitoring budget analysis. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee general accounting activities. • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable and receivable. • Handle bank reconciliations and account reconciliation tasks. • Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date and accurate records. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reporting. • Monitor and manage payment schedules. • Handle any discrepancies in financial records or reports. • Perform month-end close procedures. • Use ERP systems for various accounting tasks. • Oversee and manage multiple contracts and jobs. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Bookkeeper role or similar • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations • Demonstrated Bookkeeping skills • Ability to perform accurate Data Entry • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with Month End Close procedures • Understanding of the Telecom Services industry is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
