Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in the Telecom Services industry, located in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The role will involve maintaining financial records, reconciling bank statements, and handling accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ERP system and advanced Excel skills. Responsibilities: • Accurately process multiple contracts and jobs relating to general accounting. • Perform bookkeeping duties and maintain accurate records. • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks. • Conduct account reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies. • Oversee payment schedules and ensure timely processing. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis tasks. • Conduct bank reconciliations as part of month-end close procedures. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Bookkeeping role, preferably within the Telecom Services industry • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP), managing all outgoing payments and invoices • Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR), overseeing all incoming payments and receipts • Skilled in performing Bank Reconciliations, verifying the company's records match with the bank statements • Demonstrable experience in Bookkeeping, maintaining and updating financial records • Proficient in Data Entry, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and updated • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing financial data • Experience in performing Month End Close procedures, ensuring all financial activities are accurately recorded and reconciled at the end of each month Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
