Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Duluth, Georgia. This role falls within the industry and requires skills such as Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, Bookkeeping, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, Payroll, and QuickBooks. Responsibilities: • Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records • Handle invoicing, process payments, and maintain debtor records • Conduct regular reconciliations and manage accounts payable & receivable • Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and essential financial reports • Review open purchase orders and manage overdue invoices • Analyze financial data to identify and report any irregularities • Ensure accuracy and balance in the general ledger • Adhere to federal, state, and local legal requirements to ensure compliance • Establish bookkeeping procedures and maintain a comprehensive chart of accounts • Calculate and organize costs to assess project profitability. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential for this role. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required. • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must. • Skill in performing Bank Reconciliations is needed. • Proficiency in Bookkeeping is a key requirement. • Capability to handle Data Entry tasks efficiently is crucial. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is required. • Experience with Month End Close procedures is necessary. • Knowledge of Payroll management is a must. • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a key requirement.
