Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the financial services sector based in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role is for an adept Bookkeeper who will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial records and transactions. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the company's financial records meticulously • Record financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy • Handle invoices and tax payments efficiently • Conduct monthly and quarterly financial audits • Manage company ledgers diligently • Ensure the utmost accuracy in all financial documents • Monitor bank feeds regularly and reconcile bank statements • Utilize accounting software systems effectively for various accounting functions • Employ great expertise in using Great Plains (GPAC) and Microsoft Excel • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) proficiently • Participate in annual budget preparation and cash flow analysis. Requirements • Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required. • Expertise in Computerized Accounting System is essential. • Must be capable of handling Great Plains (GPAC) accounting software. • Skilled in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. • Deep understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary. • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). • Ability to prepare and manage Annual Budget. • Proficient in Cash Flow Analysis for financial forecasting and planning.
