Description We are in search of a Bookkeeper to join our team located in Arlington, Virginia. As a Bookkeeper, your main function will be to handle accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations, and interact with vendors and clients. This job provides a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Conduct account reconciliation tasks as necessary • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting • Process invoices efficiently and correctly • Engage in regular interactions with vendors and clients • Handle expense reporting tasks to maintain accurate financial records • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and other tasks • Support the month-end close process • Assist with payroll functions as needed • Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks • Ensure correct coding of invoices.
