Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our client's team and help manage our financial records with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities + Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. + Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations. + Prepare financial statements and reports. + Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking. + Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. + Work closely with management to support financial decision-making. Requirements Qualifications + Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or similar role. + Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial regulations. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
