Description We are inviting applications for the role of Bookkeeper, based in Warren, New Jersey. This role operates within the finance industry and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and conducting other tasks related to finance. Responsibilities • Handle the full cycle of accounting duties, or supervise others in the basic tasks, such as Accounts Payable and Receivable. • Apply your skills in Account Reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely reporting. • Utilize your expertise in Bank Reconciliations to maintain financial clarity and prevent discrepancies. • Perform data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all financial data is recorded accurately. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data reporting and analysis. • Take charge of the Month End Close procedures, ensuring all financial data is accounted for and reported accurately. • Handle payroll functions, ensuring employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner. • Operate QuickBooks for accounting purposes and maintain all financial records. • Exercise your skills in Bookkeeping to maintain financial order and clarity.
