Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Denver, Colorado. This role will involve managing various financial records within our team, including accounts payable and receivable, month-end close, and payroll. Responsibilities: • Accurately process account reconciliations • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) • Conduct bank reconciliations as a routine task • Keep up-to-date and accurate bookkeeping records • Execute data entry tasks as required • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks • Manage and execute month-end close procedures • Oversee payroll processes for the team • Proficiently use QuickBooks for financial management Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation • Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) processes • Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) • Proficiency in Bank Reconciliations • Solid understanding of Bookkeeping practices • Ability to perform efficient Data Entry • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel • Experience in Month End Close procedures • Knowledge of Payroll processes • Proficiency in QuickBooks software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
