Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Zebulon, North Carolina. In this role, you will primarily be tasked with the management of financial records and transactions, ensuring that all accounts are up-to-date and accurate. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) • Conduct regular account reconciliation tasks • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy • Handle data entry tasks as required • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial operations • Manage month-end close procedures • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner • Efficiently use QuickBooks for various accounting functions • Prepare individual tax returns as needed • Uphold bookkeeping best practices and organizational standards.
