Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks, handling both accounts receivable and accounts payable, and will also manage payroll with training provided if necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, as well as Adobe, is required. While construction experience is a plus, it is not mandatory if you are willing to learn. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a small, friendly office environment with long-term job stability.

You will be working in a small office environment with about 4-5 people present each day. The first couple of weeks of the month may be slower, with the possibility of working 32-35 hours a week during these periods, though a 40-hour work week is standard. This schedule flexibility allows for personal time and errands. The office culture is supportive, with friendly colleagues and opportunities for long-term employment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
