Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Bellevue, Washington. This role involves managing financial records and ensuring efficient financial operations in the construction industry. Responsibilities: • Utilize accounting software for accurate bookkeeping entries • Ensure up-to-date and accurate financial records, including both accounts payable and accounts receivable, along with general ledger entries • Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial documents • Timely processing of invoices, subcontractor pay applications, purchase orders, quarterly taxes, and payment requests • Generate comprehensive financial reports and summaries for management review, offering insights into the company's financial performance • Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements • Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships for prompt payment processing • Support CPA in preparing financial statements, WIP Lists, and coordinating with external auditors • Contribute to enhancing our financial processes and procedures • Maintain an achievement oriented attitude; comfortable working independently and as part of our team. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000. Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Life Insurance 401k with match 2 weeks PTO 6 paid holidays Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary. • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required. • Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial. • Capability to conduct Bank Reconciliations is mandatory. • Demonstrable skills in Bookkeeping are essential. • Proficient in Data Entry tasks. • Mastery of Microsoft Excel is required. • Experience in Month End Close processes is necessary. • Knowledge of Payroll management is crucial. • Proficiency in using QuickBooks software is essential.
