Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Bookkeeper in the legal industry, located in Richmond, Virginia. As a Bookkeeper, you will be entrusted with tasks such as managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, data entry, and assisting with month-end close. This position will be onsite 5 days a week for 4 hours a day. Responsibilities: • Oversee the efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable • Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy • Execute data entry tasks with precision and speed • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and record keeping • Assist in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Send out billing statements in a timely manner to maintain cash flow • Implement bookkeeping practices for effective financial management • Monitor and manage customer credit applications to maintain financial security. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary • Must have knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) • Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is essential • Previous experience in Bookkeeping is a must • Demonstrable skills in Data Entry are required • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary • Experience in Month End Close is essential Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
