Description As the Bookkeeper, you'll play a key role in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), performing bank reconciliations, and providing payroll support. While experience with NetSuite software is a plus, it’s not required—training will be provided for the right candidate. Bring your skills and attitude, and we’ll help you succeed! This is an immediate, contract or contract-to-hire accounting opportunity for a Spokane-based organization. Responsibilities + Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. + Oversee bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records. + Assist with payroll processing and support to ensure timely and accurate payroll runs. + Maintain accurate and organized financial data and records. + Collaborate with internal teams to support accounting operations and compliance. Requirements + Previous experience as a bookkeeper or in an accounting-related role. + Strong knowledge of AP/AR, reconciliations, and basic accounting principles. + Prior experience with NetSuite is a plus but not mandatory. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is preferred. + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
