Position Overview: This position will support the TBL Fund Controller and CFO with accounting functions including but not limited to maintaining ledger entries, A/P, A/R, payroll processing, and other accounting related duties as assigned. Requirements Must Have Qualifications: + 3 Years of experience maintaining accounts for a financial institution. + Prior experience with QuickBooks Desired Qualifications: + Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting + Analytical ability to develop metrics and implement process improvements + Strong communications skills + Proficiency with MS Office Location: Remote in the U.S.A. Reports to: TBL Fund Controller Skill Level: Intermediate Areas of Expertise: GAAP Accounting, A/R, A/P, General Ledger Compensation: $60k DOE Key Responsibilities: + Performing A/P, A/R, and General Ledger functions. + Assisting in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports to TBL Management + Helping to ensure TBL Fund is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax fillings, and reporting + Providing support with monthly reconciliation Initial Goals: + Come up to speed on TBL accounting functions within first week. + Begin performing standard A/P, A/R functions within first 2 weeks. + Actively support reporting & reconciliation efforts by the end of first 30 days.
