We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to support the firm's financial operations and client service delivery. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient billing processes, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring smooth financial coordination between the firm and its clients. The position will help address time constraints and support leadership by handling billing, follow-ups, and various client coordination tasks.
The Impact you’ll makeFinancial Operations\nCreate and manage client invoices\nHandle accounts receivable processes and follow-ups\nMaintain accurate billing records\nSet up and improve financial processes\nClient Coordination\nRespond to client billing inquiries\nDirect clients to appropriate documentation\nMaintain professional communication with clients\nSupport client meeting coordination\nProject Management\nTrack project deliverables and deadlines\nCoordinate with team members on task completion\nManage multiple requests efficiently\nHandle various administrative tasks\nTeam Support\nSet up and coordinate meetings\nFacilitate effective team communication\nSupport daily operations\nAssist with task management\nMeasure of Success\nTimely management of accounts receivable and billing processes\nEfficient handling of client inquiries and documentation\nSuccessful coordination of team projects and deliverables\nAccurate maintenance of financial records and processes\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance\nProficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software\nKnowledge of tax terminology and concepts\nStrong understanding of US taxation and accounting standards (preferred)\nProven experience in client communication using accounting terminology\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\n
