As we grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations. This role is hybrid, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Online and a passion for accuracy and efficiency in financial management. Responsibilities • Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, bank accounts, and credit card statements.. • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting. • Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection. • Handle payroll processing and related tax filings. • Assist in preparing documents for tax filing and audits. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy. • Provide support for special projects as needed. Requirements • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (part remote, part in-office). Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus. • Familiarity with franchise operations is a bonus. • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
