• Perform the day-to-day accounting activities of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. • Review of all inventory and work order transactions to look for trends, errors and variances. • Receives, records, and authorizes disbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, business activity reports, or reports required by external or internal entities. • Maintains current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, and current accounting standards. Recommends changes to procedures as necessary, • Produces and distributes monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to owners, managers and also lenders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least a 2 Year degree in accounting, or related field 5+ Years experience Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and IRS codes, and other industry applicable laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Exposure to Sage and ADP Highly prefered

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
