Do you have previous Tax Preparation experience? Do you have Bookkeeping experience?  Well we have the job for you!

We are seeking an individual who is motivated, driven, a multi-tasker, able to self-direct, used to meeting deadlines, good with numbers and willing to take initiative for a Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer position for an Accounting Firm. 

Location: Versailles KY

Shift:  Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Payrate: $20.00 – 22.00 p/hr based on experience.

What you will be doing:

Completing Tax preparation Recording financial transactions Process Accounts payable/receivable Reconciling debits & credit Maintain up to date records Attention to detail Other administrative duties as assigned

What we need from you:

Must be at least 18 years of age or over Must comply with client’s substance abuse & background policy Must have Associates Degree in Accounting Must have previous Tax Preparation experience Must have 3-5 years’ experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting Must have experience with Excel QuickBooks experience is a plus Payroll experience is a plus
