The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of financial and administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations related to payroll, invoice payments, vendor management, and reconciliations. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Manage payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
Invoice Payments: Process and pay company invoices according to established timelines.
Vendor Relationships: Maintain and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring accounts are kept up to date and issues are resolved promptly.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank and credit card statements, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
Statement Processing: Process financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Other duties

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Ability to calculate discounts, interest, and percentages.
Proficiency in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and arithmetic.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of basic accounting software or willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, especially with sensitive employee and company information.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Prior bookkeeping or administrative experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates in Accounting a plus.
