Overall Job Function:

Designs technical architecture for assigned processes (45%).Leads business analyses and manages small projects (20%).Performs software engineering and administration tasks (20%).Testing & Validation (5%).Stays current with applicable technologies, attends conferences, and participates in training as required (5%).Performs other duties as required (5%).                                                               

Experience Requirements:

Extensive experience and strong expertise in the Boomi platform with Salesforce integrations, with 5+ years of relevant experience.Extensive experience in salesforce API’s on Bhoomi platformWorking knowledge of relational databases and PLSQL.Working knowledge of Boomi DevelopmentTen or more years of relevant software development experience.Five or more years of experience developing software that interacts with relational databases.Two or more years of business and systems analysis experience.Two or more years of software quality assurance and validation experience.Experience with Agile project management methodologies.Proven ability to effectively deliver results as required.Ability to effectively operate in a team.Strong oral and written communications skills.Ability to operate independently under pressure.Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work with little supervision and within changing priorities.Ability to analyze requirements and troubleshoot problems.Strong business acumen and deep understanding of business processesStrong presentation, and conflict management skillsExperience mentoring and reviewing the work of functional team members.Ability to work in a matrix team environment with both internal and 3rd party development teams (onshore / offshore).Working Time: 1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
