About the Team

At Nutanix, you'll be joining the Business Technologies - Integration Team, a dynamic and collaborative group of three members spread across India and the US. Our team thrives on a strong culture of unity and cooperation, working closely with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders. We believe in the principle of "We work as one team," which fosters a sense of camaraderie and collective success in achieving our goals.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Integration, who emphasizes a supportive and empowering leadership style. Our work setup is hybrid, based in Bangalore, where you’ll be expected to come into the office three days a week, allowing for flexibility while also enabling in-person collaboration. As for travel requirements, there are no travel obligations for this role, allowing you to focus solely on your contributions and team dynamics at Nutanix.

 

Your Role

Hands on design, development, deployment and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on premise using Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration and Enterprise web services APIs)Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting  and supporting existing EAI Integrations, SOA Architecture and Dell Boomi AtomSphere platformBuild Service Oriented and discoverable Web services and APIsCollaborate with various cross functional teams to define and determine integration requirementsContribute in evolving Nutanix's EAI and SOA vision by implementing methodologies, and procedures conforming to standard patterns and practicesProvide development team with EAI technical subject matter expertise and work with team (Architects, other Tech Leads and Systems Analysts) to ensure development activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority and business objectivesResponsible for establishing best practices in services development, integration of applications and govern detailed designs generated by the vendorsMentor and Motivate team members to provide outstanding support and continuously improves the processes for the full SDLCMonitors and reports on progress in completing projects and accomplishing goals.Proactively addresses potential and/or current integration challenges to meet or exceed established timelines and delivers service within budget constraints and seeks ways to reduce application related costsDrive organization to improve data integrity for company-wide analyticsInterface with both internal/external technical experts to drive system solutionsAcquire and maintain a clear understanding of the technologies utilized in Nutanix's products, parts, and services.Perform other related tasks as required

What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field5+ years’ experience in Dell Boomi  DevelopmentUnderstanding of EDI Documents and X12 EDI StandardsUnderstanding of the Quote to cash processUnderstand different integration patternsIntegration approach for NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workday would be plusStrong JavaScript skills and knowledge of object-oriented programmingFamiliar with Netsuite/Salesforce Data Models.Strong Relational Database background and SQL SkillsExperience working with and manipulating XML/JSON, and flat file documents using Javascript and/or JavaRecord of strong advancement and achievementArchitect technical solutions to business problems and work closely with the businessStrong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
