About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and experienced Restaurant Managers to join our growing team in Calgary. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating your team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving restaurant success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.Ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests.Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and financial performance.Maintain a safe and clean working environment.Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase restaurant traffic.Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced casual dining environment is prefered but not necessary. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Proven ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.Food Safety Certification is a must.
