The Tropical Nursery is the largest glasshouse at RBG Kew with 21 different climatic zones. It holds one of the most diverse plant collections in the world. The collection plays an important role for ex situ conservation, research, education and display horticulture. The role is within the Orchid Team, assisting in the cultivation of tropical and temperate orchids from across the globe.
