The primary responsibility of a Box Office Attendant is to provide exceptional, efficient, and customer-oriented service at the bustling box office of the Montgomery Performing Arts Centre. The Box Office Attendant will be the friendly voice answering phone calls, providing patrons with precise and timely information about events, ticket availability, and other inquiries. This role requires the management of all box office operations, ensuring they are conducted seamlessly in accordance with the specific requirements of promoters, while strictly adhering to both city and company guidelines, as well as the established policies of Ticketmaste

Key Components of the role will include:

Knowledge of the Ticketmaster system enhances efficiency in ticketing processes. Sell tickets accurately for various events, ensuring smooth transactions. • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and fostering a welcoming atmosphere at the box office. Answer box office calls, taking accurate messages and forwarding them promptly. Assist with event logistics, including ticket availability and special requirements. Demonstrate proficiency in software applications and ticketing systems for efficient sales processing. Be available for evening, holiday, and special event shifts as scheduled.
