The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects tools to deliver critical insights and support decision-making processes within the military healthcare environment.   Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: The BOXI Developer will play a crucial role in creating and managing business intelligence solutions. Key responsibilities include: Design, develop, and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and analytics using SAP BusinessObjects tools, including Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and Dashboard Designer. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements, translating them into effective BI solutions. Optimize existing reports and create new ones to improve performance and user experience. Develop and maintain universes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation, data discrepancies, and system performance. Implement security measures to ensure proper data access and confidentiality. Provide training and support to end-users on BOXI tools and report usage. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Collaborate with database administrators and ETL developers to ensure data quality and availability. Stay current with the latest BOXI features and best practices, recommending improvements to existing processes. Document report specifications, data dictionaries, and user guides. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
