Your role:

As MBS FSL-ES BPE for Learning & Development (L&D) you are the Global Process Expert for all L&D related topics.  This includes the Global MBS process ownership for L&D services provided by MBS.

You will partner closely with the different L&D Delivery Heads across the different hubs (Manila, Wroclaw and Montevideo) and centers. You will define and implement the strategic approach for all L&D processes. As a Business Process Expert for L&D, you will also be in-charge in the creation, maintenance and monitoring of relevant Key Process Indicators and/or Service Level Agreements for the L&D Operations. You drive innovation and continuous improvement including any change management process and enablement within the team by observing market trends and benchmark data. Your role includes the project portfolio management for all L&D related topics and the management of the scope, in particular you manage the shift activities, implement any new scope and drive together with the different L&D Delivery Heads the scope expansion to integrate L&D services for other functions.

 

Who you are:

University, Bachelor or master’s degree in relevant discipline Strong HR knowledge with focus on Learning & DevelopmentAt least 5 years of experience in HR operations related fields in a corporate or consulting environment.At least 5 years of experience working in international teams demonstrating success in position(s) involving interactions with other departments and externals Demonstrated success in projects and initiatives aimed at implementing measurable process improvementsExperience working with operational HR delivery teams and HR stakeholders at country, regional and global levelsExperience in working a virtual teams and leading across the matrixStrong Process Excellence Skills (Process improvement, Process mining, Six Sigma)Fluent English skills Strong project management skillsLeading with without direct authorityExcellent customer management skillsStrong Change Management Skills & Influencing SkillsBasic understanding of IT
