This unique role combines both Value Stream and Production Lead responsibilities, offering a diverse and challenging opportunity.
As a Value Stream Lead, this position supports the complete Product Life Cycle from Phase 0 (Concept) to Phase 4 (Obsolescence.) Responsibilities may include the following:
Sustaining manufacturing operations, including production support, quality improvement, and project management, such as cost reduction, inventory reduction, and sourcing change. Lead strategic planning for Test, Manufacturing, and Sourcing Strategies.As a Production Lead, this position has responsibility and leadership over manufacturing subassemblies of modules and complete systems. It also acts as the Investigator on product lines and supervises product assemblers, including overseeing day-to-day activities to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly requirements. The Production Lead focuses the team on aligning activities and resources towards creating and achieving shipment and revenue goals through partnering with functions that do not report to this position.
The Production Lead is responsible for ensuring a safe work environment, driving quality improvements, providing premier customer service, developing a technically qualified work workforce.
