good undestanding of integration with other systesms like SAP, CRM

Good knowldege of SOA

Knowledge of relational databases

Good understanding of BPM infrastructure

SQL - Querying Capabilities

Use of Source Code Control

Good Linux, Windows skills

Hands on Agile 

Ability to manage team and customers
