**Your role and responsibilities**
*This position is for IBM Japan Staff Operations Co., Ltd. (ISOC).
*You are required to come to your assigned office in Japan on workdays. (Remote work is not allowed)
We are looking for BPO project team leader.
BPO is a business process outsourcing service that provides a full range of services from planning to implementation of business processes in a client's corporate activities. IBM Japan and ISOC provide outsourced services in diverse fields such as accounting and finance, human resources, and procurement from client companies in various industries including manufacturing, media, and chemicals.
The recruiter or interviewer will explain the area of work for the BPO project you are applying for.
BPO Project Example:
• Accounting and finance (debt management, credit management, fixed asset management, account closing, treasury, etc.)
• Human Resources (salary and bonus calculation, attendance management, social insurance, commuting expense calculation, retirement allowance calculation, resident tax, year-end adjustment, etc.)
• Procurement (quote requests, order placement, order management, acceptance inspection management, billing-related processing support, etc.)
The team leader is responsible for organizing the members of the team in charge, in addition to being in charge of project operations in accordance with the procedure manual. (e.g., managing quality, schedules, issues, procedures, etc., proposing and implementing improvement plans, training team members, etc.)
**Required technical and professional expertise**
*The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing, JLPT N1 level)
*Japanese CV is required.
• Team lead or management experience
• Experience in related work for the BPO project for which you are responsible
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel data input and running spreadsheets, creating documents using PowerPoint, Word entry, Outlook email creation, etc.)
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
•5+ years of project related work experience
•Experience with business systems used in each project
