**Your role and responsibilities**
*This position is for IBM Japan Staff Operations Co., Ltd. (ISOC).
*You are required to come to your assigned office in Japan on workdays. (Remote work is not allowed)
We are looking for BPO project delivery members .
BPO is a business process outsourcing service that provides a full range of services from planning to implementation of business processes in a client's corporate activities. IBM Japan and ISOC provide outsourced services in diverse fields such as accounting and finance, human resources, and procurement from client companies in various industries including manufacturing, media, and chemicals.
The recruiter or interviewer will explain the area of work for the BPO project you are applying for.
BPO Project work example:
• Accounting and finance (debt management, credit management, fixed asset management, account closing, treasury, etc.)
• Human Resources (salary and bonus calculation, attendance management, social insurance, commuting expense calculation, retirement allowance calculation, resident tax, year-end adjustment, etc.)
• Procurement (quote requests, order placement, order management, acceptance inspection management, billing-related processing support, etc.)
The tasks that each member will be responsible for will be determined according to their experience and skills. The main task is to execute each step according to the procedure manual created based on business rules and processes.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
*The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing, JLPT N1 level)*
*Japanese CV is required.
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel input and running spreadsheets, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Touch typing skills

• Experience with each project related practices
• Experience with business systems used in each project
