As a Project Manager for our premier Software Development Location, you’ll be at the forefront of driving project direction, defining metrics, and managing performance to meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborative Development: Work closely with Architects, DevOps Engineers, site operations, product executives, and Offering Managers in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary squad environment. * Employee Engagement: Drive developer and employee engagement through customized programs and initiatives to create an engaging and exciting workplace. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Proficiency with operational management tools and data analysis, Business Intelligence. * Familiarity with process management systems, BPM, Salesforce, Cloud AWS, process automation tools, and technological environment focused on financial services. * Knowledge in Chilean legal and regulatory standards related to mortgage lending. * Skills in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and agile project management (Scrum, Kanban). Key Competencies: * Strategic Leadership: Ability to make data-driven decisions, lead multidisciplinary teams and define strategies that improve operational performance. * Results Orientation: Focus on meeting quality, efficiency and profitability goals. * Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and highly complex environment. * Relationship Management: Excellence in negotiation and communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Desirable Skills: * Previous experience in financial, retail or marketplaces industries with financial focus. * Knowledge in financial product structuring and mortgage portfolio acquisition strategies. * Familiarity with digital tools and emerging technologies for process automation. * Portuguese and English language, in addition to Spanish is desirable.
