Design and prepare training courses and materials specific to sales motivation. Help identify skills and opportunities for growth to create a program tailored to unique focus areas to improve performance. Create sales campaign and drive sales campaign based on project needs. Execute process training to Operations team and calibrate results across. Collaborate with Quality team and management across sites to identify learing gaps and develop LEAN, solution oriented and measurable training.

Compensation: Salary Php 35,000 to 58,000 plus HMO from Day 1, 13th month pay, Annual merit increase and bonuses, Paid VL and SL, Government Mandated benefits, Retirement benefit, etc.
