Manage the training function for multiple client areas
Lead and facilitate the development, design and timely implementation of training programs/curriculum and improvement initiatives
Oversee the management and effiicent scheduling of training resources and training classes
Identify and assess training needs of the process; generate and execute plan for training interventions and quality initiatives
Support the training and development of Trainers and Training Assistant Managers
Collaborate with Operations Team to meet client needs and drive performance benchmarking
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the domain knowledge, procedures and policies pertaining to Process Training
